Sales Manager
Phoenix, Arizona-based custom and semi-custom footbed company seeks experienced sales manager that will direct the actual distribution and movement or service to the customer. Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, both domestic and international, quota, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. Analyze sales statistics from staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive national and international sales with sporting goods retailers
Develop new accounts in the OEM market in the skiing, cycling, running and golf industries
Build and manage an independent sales rep force
Attend industry trade shows promoting and selling the companies line
Meet or exceed annual sales targets
Prepare and adhere to an annual sales budget
Direct and coordinate all activities involving the sales of manufactured products

Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping, and in receiving and shipping operations
Confer or consult with staff to plan advertising services and represent company at trade shows and trade associate conventions/meetings to promote products
Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
Plan and direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and customer service programs
Visit dealers (domestic and international) to evaluate and stimulate interest in establishment or expansion of leasing programs
Direct customer service/clerical support staff to keep records of export correspondence, credit collections and to maintain information on tariffs, licenses and restrictions

Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of successful sales management experience in the sporting goods or outdoor activities industry.
Compensation:
- Attractive base salary, plus commission and bonus package. Health care benefits.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Mathematics, sales and marketing, computers and electronics, English language (additional languages a plus), customer and personal services, administration and management, presentation skills.

US Outside Sales Representatives
We are building a dynamic team of professionals that are driven to aggressively market, educate and promote a product that can positively impact the daily lives of almost every American. eSoles is seeking motivated team members to undergo extensive training in all aspects of selling custom foot beds.
Our sales team will deliver the most precise, anatomically correct and highest performing custom Footbeds to every major market in the US.
Position Summary
eSoles clients include the medical and rehab community, corporations, manufacturing companies, law enforcement agencies, security personnel, retail, major sporting events and sports/leisure participants of all levels.
Account Executives' Duties and Expectations:
- Creation and conversion of sales leads via networking, cold calling and corporate marketing.
- Perform scanning on new clients.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and process re-orders.
- Perform scanning services in accordance with company procedures and training.
- Generate and manage referrals from existing and new clients.
- Sell additional footbeds to all scanning clients.
- Provide exceptional follow up and customer service on all orders.
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Submit all sales and expense reports in the time frame and manner required.
